To request a refund, get in touch through our Contact page with the name and email you used at checkout. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What’s Covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to individually purchased courses on UnAI Labs. If you request a refund within the 30-day window, your access to the course content ends once the refund is processed.
Refunds After 30 Days
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Sale and Promotional Pricing
Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional price are covered by the same 30-day refund policy, unless a different policy is stated at checkout.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and can take several business days to appear on your statement.
