About Course

Most of us take better care of our phones than our brains. We charge the phone every night, keep it updated, protect it from damage — then run our own minds on four hours of sleep, skipped meals, and constant stress, and wonder why focus and memory feel worse than they used to.

Brain Health 101 fixes that. It’s a practical, evidence-based course on the five everyday levers that actually shape how well your brain works — today and decades from now: sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and connection. No supplements to buy, no brain-training games to grind. Just the science of what keeps a brain sharp, and a realistic plan to build it into an ordinary week.

This is the health companion to our other courses: where *Neuroplasticity in Practice* teaches you to learn and rewire, Brain Health 101 keeps the organ doing the rewiring in good working order.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain what “brain health” actually means at the level of the organ — blood flow, neurons, and daily maintenance
  • Identify the five levers that most affect your cognitive function, and how they interact
  • Build a personalized sleep, movement, and nutrition routine that protects focus and memory
  • Recognize the difference between evidence-based brain-health practices and marketing myths
  • Assemble a sustainable weekly “brain maintenance” plan you can actually keep
