This is a practical course grounded in neuroscience. Every module ends with something to do, not just something to know.

Module 1 — How Your Brain Actually Changes
Foundations of neuroplasticity: what brain change really is, the four conditions that trigger it, and how to tell real science from hype.

  • What neuroplasticity really is (and what it isn’t)
  • The four conditions for rewiring: attention, effort, rest, repetition
  • Myths, hype, and what the science actually supports

Module 2 — Learning Faster & Remembering Longer
Turn the science of memory into a personal learning system. You will learn why forgetting is a design feature, how spacing and retrieval outperform re-reading, why the study methods that feel worst work best, and how to build a learning practice that survives a normal week.

Module 3 — Focus & Attention as Trainable Skills
Treat attention as a muscle you can rebuild. You will learn the neuroscience of focus and why attention is trainable, how to rebuild a focus span in an environment designed to fragment it, and how to run deliberate deep-work sessions that make your hardest thinking happen on purpose.

Module 4 — Resilience & Cognitive Longevity
Protect and future-proof a plastic brain, then turn it all into a weekly routine. Lessons: (1) Stress, cortisol, and the plastic brain; (2) Movement, sleep, and novelty as plasticity drivers; (3) Your weekly brain-plasticity routine (capstone).
